Appointment and cancellation policy for Elesse Hair and Beauty salon 

If you are new to Elesse, welcome!

We offer all new colour clients a free 15 minute consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to your colour service.

When booking your appointment, we will requite a £30 booking fee which will be deducted from the final cost of your service.

The booking fee will only be refunded if you cancel or move your appointment and give at least 48 hours notice.

ALL missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the full service.

Any clients regularly missing or moving appointments may be requested to pay a deposit prior to each visit.
